Shipping

We ship only in the United States

At this time, we are only shipping our gift boxes and our cookies by the dozens. Timeline of ordering and shipping is as follows--You must place your order by Wednesday to have your order shipped out the following Monday/Tuesday. All orders placed after Wednesday will not be placed in production until the following week. This is due to our retail store only being open Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Example: All orders placed by Wednesday October 7th will be made that week and shipped out on Monday October 5th or Tuesday October 6th.

All orders placed after Wednesday October 7th will be made the following week and shipped out Monday October 12th or Tuesday October 13th.

 

 

Shipping via USPS

 

We select Priority Mail shipping via USPS  (2-3 day turnaround depending on your proximity to us).

 

We cannot control how long it takes USPS to deliver your package. Sometimes they have delays due to weather, staffing or other issues unknown to us. Occasionally they have damaged packages in transit as well.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout. If it is not entered correctly, it will not be delivered to where you needed it to go.

Additionally, please note that David's Awesome Cookies and Pretzels is not responsible for your package once it leaves our shop. *We are not liable for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Once in the hands of USPS it is out of our control.

If you experience an issue with the delivery of your package you will need to contact USPS directly to file a claim. To file a claim you may visit www.usps.com/help/claims.htm . You must be able to provide your original receipt and tracking number.
